GTR Leather Company (“GTRX Leather,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the GTRX Leather website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to this website. It does not cover information we collect offline, through dealer agreements, or through other websites, including sites we link to.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect the information you enter in our website forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Swatch request: your name, company, email address, phone number, shipping address, any notes, and the swatches you select.
• Dealer application: your company name, contact name and title, type of business, year established, form of business, billing and shipping addresses, phone and fax numbers, email address, delivery contact, purchase order and invoicing contacts, whether your work is taxable, and the name and title of the person submitting the application.

Please do not send tax identification numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through our forms. Resale or tax-exempt certificates should be sent by email as described on the application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. We do not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and messages
• Send the swatches you request to the address you provide
• Review dealer applications, set up dealer accounts, and handle ordering and invoicing
• Contact you about your request, application or account
• Operate, secure and improve the website, including filtering spam and preventing misuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the website and deliver your request, such as our website host (Netlify, which also stores form submissions and screens them for spam), our font provider (Google Fonts), our email provider, and shipping carriers that deliver swatches. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of GTRX Leather, our customers or others.
• Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

4. How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for up to two years, or longer when needed for an active dealer account, to meet legal or tax obligations, or to resolve disputes. After that, we delete them.

5. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the entire website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. We may keep some information where the law requires it or where it is needed for an active dealer account.

California residents. Depending on the circumstances, California law may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction of it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because this website does not track visitors across other sites or use advertising trackers, it does not respond differently to these signals.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
